My artistic and curatorial practices reflect on and engage with lived-experiences, vicarious recounters, familial ties and memory gaps, often revolving around themes of absence and the passing of time. Attempting to weave narratives of captured moments into a sort of “story-quilt,” I rely on collage as a starting point. Collage is both a philosophy and an aesthetic process through which I can recount and reflect, and although these compiled narratives are often deeply personal, I believe they present something tangible for the every-body.
